AQDEN Collections began with two people, a shared life in healthcare, a strong faith in God, and an idea to create something different.
We're AQ and Dennis, a husband-and-wife team who both work in healthcare. Dennis is a Registered Nurse, and AQ is a Nurse Practitioner. We know firsthand what it means to work long shifts, care for others, make sacrifices, and bring compassion into some life's most challenging moments.
As nurses ourselves, we often felt there wasn't enough variety in products made for healthcare professionals - especially products that felt meaningful, personal, stylish, and reflective, and reflective of the people behind the scrubs. We wanted to help change that.
Our faith is also deeply connected to the vision behind AQDEN Collections. We are firm believers in God, and we wanted to create a place where our healthcare journey and our belief in God could come together. Through our designs, we hope to create pieces that encourage, inspire, uplift, and serve as reminders of faith and purpose.
The name AQDEN tells of our story too. AQ come from a nickname, while DEN comes from Dennis. Together, they became AQDEN-a name representing the two of us binding something meaningful through our experiences, creativity, faither, humor, and family.
Nursing may be the beginning of AQDEN Collections, but our vision goes beyond healthcare.
As our brand grows, we hope to introduce collections that reach beyond nursing while remaining grounded in the values that started it all: faith, purpose, compassion, creativity, humor, and compassion.
